Our Services
The Services provide users with a platform that enables: (i) tools for various content types such as article creation, quick article generation, and content management; (ii) the ability to connect accounts and share content to various social media platforms ("Connected Services") such as Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest; and (iii) additional features such as keyword research, text-to-speech, and content scheduling.

Facebook Data Usage
When you connect your Facebook account to FatBotter, we access and use the following data in accordance with Facebook's Platform Terms and Developer Policies:
- Data We Access: Facebook Page information, including page name, page ID, profile picture, and access tokens for pages you manage.
- How We Use This Data: We use this data solely to enable you to schedule and publish posts to your Facebook Pages through our platform.
- Data Storage: Access tokens are stored securely and are used only for authorized posting activities.
- Data Deletion: When you disconnect your Facebook account from FatBotter or delete your FatBotter account, we will delete all associated Facebook data from our systems.
- No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, share, or transfer your Facebook data to any third parties for advertising or other purposes.
Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. To request deletion of your data:
- Via Email: Send an email with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include your account email address to [email protected]
- Via Account Settings: Log into your FatBotter account, navigate to Settings > My Profile, and click on "Delete Account".
Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days. We will delete your personal information from our systems except where retention is required by law.
How to Access and Control Your Personal Information
You can view, access, edit, or delete your account within the Services by going to "My Profile" page from the Settings menu, scrolling down to "Delete Account" option, and following the on-screen instructions. You can also request that FatBotter delete your account by sending an email to [email protected].
Children's Privacy
Our Services are for general audiences and not for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information through the Services.
Security
We implement commercially reasonable and appropriate administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your personal information.
